SHIPPING POLICY

Everything is packed by hand out of our warehouse in Garden Grove, California.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days on average after being placed.

On rare occasions such as a new collection drop or peak holidays from November – December we sometimes get overloaded and may need additional time. Your order is never forgotten — we are always working on them. If your order will be held up beyond the window above, please feel free to reach out. All though most times is not necessary, we are actively working on them daily. 

A NOTE ON TRACKING

Your tracking number may not show movement for a few days after you receive your shipping confirmation. This is normal. The label is created right before your order is packed, and the carrier's first scan happens when the shipment is collected. There is a gap between those two moments.

If your tracking still shows no movement 7 business days after your shipping confirmation, email us — that one we want to hear about, and we will sort it all out to ensure everything is still going smooth 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

The times below are after the processing window above, not from the moment you order.

UNITED STATES
Standard: 1-5 business days. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days total from the time you place them.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses can take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL
Canada: 4-8 business days
Europe & UK: 7-14 business days
Australia, Asia & rest of world: 12–20 business days

International transit times are outside our control. Customs holds are common and can add extra time on their own.

Duties and taxes are not included. Your country may charge import fees on delivery. These are your responsibility, and we cannot estimate or refund them. Refused packages are not refunded for shipping.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can only change an address before your order is packed. Email us immediately if you catch a mistake — but once a label is printed, we cannot redirect it. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED

Marked delivered but not received: wait 3 business days — carriers scan early more often than you would think. Then check with neighbors and your building. If it still has not turned up, email us.

No tracking movement for 7+ business days: email us and we will investigate or reship.

Arrived damaged: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but reach out anyway and we will do what we can.
